Rob Fusillo is Senior Vice President and Market Tech Lead for Walmart Canada, where he is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and execution. In this role, he focuses on strengthening platform reliability and performance while ensuring close alignment between Canada and Walmart’s broader International Technology organization.

Rob brings more than 27 years of experience across operations, engineering, and enterprise technology. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Technology, leading large-scale technology operations and delivering results through disciplined execution and innovation. He has also played a key role in advancing Walmart’s digital capabilities, including integrating eCommerce and store platforms and supporting global initiatives such as Smart Demand Forecasting and Global Integrated Fulfillment.

Known for his servant leadership style, Rob is passionate about building strong, engaged teams and keeping the customer and associate experience at the center of every decision. He works closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure technology solutions effectively support business priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
